The way I see it, it could potentially cost each of us $200 broken down as follows:

Entrance fee: $240 per team / 4 = $60 each
Paint for 8 cases: $560 per team / 4 = $140 each
4 Man team total = $200 each

This assumes 8 cases per team which should be OK to take each team to the finals.

One way to cut down on costs is to have 3 teams with 5 people on the roster and we do a fair rotation and then we see how we deal with it when we get into the finals.

This would bring our costs down as follows.

Entrance fee: $240 per team / 5 = $48 each
Paint for 8 cases: $560 per team / 5 = $112 each
5 Man team total = $160 each

If we do 5 Man we can take Francis on team 1 and Nico on team 2 or whatever. We can take Nico on team 1...Then we need a 3rd to fill Team 3

It would be nice to win, but lets not forget that this is part of our practice schedule and that we need to go there to try different things that we are practicing and stay focused on our goals for next year.

Gordi, Andee and Luke, we still have the Fall Brawl the same day that they are having 7 Man? what are we doing with the Fall Brawl?

Positive:
1- In game practice = more experiance

Negative:
1- Expensive for what it is and for how many games we could each play with a 5 man roster (Expect to pay between $160 to $200 each)
2- The money spent that day could also be used for:
i: a good part of our MXL fees, or
ii: a good part of potentially the WXL fees, or
iii: A couple of custom made practices just for the MXL team and CX4 team where our CXBL guys would be there just to coach us and give us feedback (positive of negative). A clinic of some sort.
4- Not our format (4 men)
5- Giving money to a competitor of the Cowboys

For Nico and I, it is potentially a $320 day and I have been thinking about it. I might just let Nico play since he has expressed that he really wanted to play. On the other hand, I don't want to let anyone down, so Nico might not play...I don't know yet, we'll talk on Monday
